The department of international
cooperation and exchanges xinjiang university is the sole authority
responsible for the implementation of the University¡¯s foreign polices,
for coordinating international exchanges, and for the cooperation
between our university and institutions abroad. This role as a bridge
between our university and others includes these specific responsibilities:
promoting international exchanges and cooperation; inviting long-term
and short-term foreign experts to participate in our educational activities;
enrolling foreign students; facilitating our faculty when they study
abroad; processing applications for holding international forums;
managing scholarship donations by international organizations; receiving
foreign guests; handling affairs with Taiwan, the Hong Kong Special
Administration Region and Macau; translating works and any other duties
assigned by the leaders of the University.
